2022 was the year of learning, a year of curiosity for us. Every day we learnt and grew bit by bit. We started this blog with the intention of learning about artificial intelligence and how it is changing the world around us. As we delved deeper into the subject, we were amazed by the endless possibilities that AI offers. From improving healthcare to revolutionizing transportation, the potential uses for AI are vast and varied.
2023 will be the year of creation and creativity.
As we move into the new year, our focus shifts from learning to creation. We are excited to use the knowledge we have gained to create new and innovative applications using AI. Whether it's developing a virtual assistant to help with daily tasks or building a machine learning model to predict stock prices, the opportunities are endless.
There are so many potential products that we can create using artificial intelligence. Here are just a few examples:
- 📝Virtual assistants: AI-powered virtual assistants can help users with many tasks, from setting reminders and sending emails to providing information and recommendations.
- 📈 Predictive analytics tools: Machine learning algorithms can be used to analyze data and predict future outcomes. This technology can be applied in finance, healthcare, and retail industries to optimize decision-making and improve efficiency.
- 🔎Image and video recognition systems: AI algorithms can be trained to identify and classify objects in images and videos, making them useful for applications such as security and surveillance, marketing, and entertainment.
- 🛒Personalized recommendation engines: AI can be used to create personalized recommendations for users based on their interests and past behaviour. This technology is commonly used by streaming platforms and e-commerce websites to improve the user experience.
- 📚Language translation tools: AI-powered language translation systems can help people communicate across language barriers, making it easier for people to do business, travel, and connect with each other globally.
These are just a few examples of the many products that can be created using artificial intelligence. The possibilities are truly endless and we can't wait to see what the future holds.

Why do we think that 2023 will be an era of creation?
As we look ahead to the coming year, it is clear that AI will play a central role in shaping the future. There are many reasons why we believe that next year will be the start of a game-changing era led by AI.
First, AI has made tremendous progress in recent years, and it is now capable of performing a wide range of tasks that were previously thought to be beyond its capabilities. This includes everything from language translation and image recognition to driving cars and diagnosing medical conditions.
Further, the adoption of AI is becoming more widespread, with more and more companies and organizations turning to AI to improve their operations and better serve their customers.

It helps get away from writer's block and lets the writer be more productive.

InstructGPT: A variant of GPT3, InstructGPT helps complete tasks asked in natural language. It is designed to follow instructions rather than complete sentences.

ChatGPT: Using the GPT-3.5 language model, ChatGPT is a large language model chatbot developed by OpenAI. As a result of its remarkable ability to interact in a natural conversational dialogue format, it is able to provide responses that appear to be human-like.

DALL-E: OpenAI has developed DALL-E and DALL-E 2 deep learning models to generate digital images based on natural language descriptions, known as "prompts". As described in a blog post by OpenAI in January 2021, DALL-E generates images using a modified version of GPT-3. It took the world by storm in 2022, just to realize that a bigger storm in the domain is coming after it.

Midjourney - Midjourney is an independent research lab that makes a proprietary artificial intelligence program, also known as Midjourney, which creates images based on textual descriptions. This program is similar to OpenAI's DALL-E and Stable Diffusion. The tool is currently in open beta, which was entered on July 12, 2022.

Stable Diffusion - As if Midjourney didn't scare the world with their superfast text-to-image generator, stabibility.ai launched an open-source version of a similar tool weeks later. In its simplest form, Stable Diffusion is a latent text-to-image diffusion model that can generate photo-realistic images given any text input. It cultivates autonomous freedom to produce incredible imagery and empowers everyone to create stunning works of art within seconds.

The influx of new technology and tooling is likely to lead to more and more companies driven by AI intelligence in 2023. Providing such state-of-the-art capabilities should lead to increased capability, accuracy, and performance of applications and services, all while reducing the cost of running these applications.
