We've all seen those photos that are just a little too blurry to make out what's going on. While this might be frustrating when you're trying to capture a moment, image blur can actually be used to great effect in photography.

Convolution is the process of blurring an image. This can be done in a number of ways, but one of the most common is by using a filter. A filter is simply a piece of software that takes an input and produces an output based on that input. When it comes to convolution, filters are used to blur images.

There are many reasons why you might want to use blur in your photos. Perhaps you want to add some atmosphere or create a sense of mystery. Blur can also be used for artistic effect or to soften harsh lines and shadows. In any case, learning how to use convolution effectively will help you create better photographs

In the previous post, we demonstrate Edge Detection on the image and now we will understand how to blur an image. We will use python to do it but you got the point on how is that related to Matrix by now.
